This is a direct quote from the BBC:

Umm? Something seems off there. But maybe that is just me.

Great! I already can't afford health-care. Now though, I guess I won't be able to afford food. I hope that grocery-care that Steve was talking about becomes a reality. Then I'll be able to eat. But, of course, I'll likely be charged a tax penalty for not buying groceries, so that I can't afford rent. Thank god for gov't housing.
